Your oder will ship within one busines day, if yo are happy with your purchase, for any reason, return the merchandise in it original packaging along wth copies of invoice with your reason for return, a refund for the merchandse will be issued wihin one business day of receipt.
WHOLESALE PURCHASES
CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All claims for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise, etc. must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time. If a claim is to be filed, the original box must be available for carrier inspection or claim will be declined by carrier.
Defective merchandise must be returned with a letter indicating the location of the flaw within two weeks of purchase.
We will assist you in filing a claim with our shipment carrier if necessary. Must keep the original paperwork and container/box that merchandise was delivered in. If a claim check is processed by the shipping carrier, you will be notified and a store credit will be applied to your account.
Store credit will be issued within 2 business days from the date of receipt of returned merchandise to our store. You will be notified of a store credit via e-mail and will be applied to your account.
BASIC RETURN POLICY
Returned merchandise is to be approved by ILEATHERFORALL.COM. Upon approval to return merchandise, it will be agreed upon that LEATHERFORALL.COM will not refund the original freight charges, you will incur the freight charges back to us and a restocking fee of 10% of merchandise returned may apply. You will be notified and a store credit via e-mail and will be applied to your account.
Unclaimed or refused shipments may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10% in addition to freight charges.
Any discount received as part of a quantity purchase will be forfeited if returned merchandise brings the order quantity below the quantity for the discount.
Closeout, Bargain Basement, or Discontinued merchandise are final sales and may not be returned.
Refunds will be refunded via a store credit.
FREIGHT
Freight charges will be added to your order according to the shipping method selected.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
You are responsible for Customs charges. In case of orders not picked up from Customs or the Post Office, there is no refund.
